THE COMPANY:

At Ledge Lounger, we believe outdoor living inspires life’s most meaningful moments. When you join the team at Ledge, you’ll be an integral part of bringing those special moments to our valued customers and clients. Even though we’re growing fast - we’ve been honored for the 5th Consecutive year on the Inc 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in America - we keep our company culture and core values at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for loyal, ethical, graceful, and driven team members who constantly evolve to join our team at our brand new 80,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Houston, Texas.

THE ROLE:

As a graphic designer, you’re someone that dreams in pencil sketches, wakes up and imagines in RGB, and brings all those ideas to life in CMYK. You know that deadlines are non-negotiable, and you take ownership in every project you touch. You will join our fast-paced marketing team and balance a multitude of projects from email campaigns, print collateral, digital and social media, product packaging, and more. If you’re drawn in by collaboration and the opportunity to work on diverse projects in an environment that’s as challenging as it is fun, read on.

WARNING:

We move quickly. We set very high standards and then challenge ourselves to exceed expectations. We’re candid in the pursuit of greatness. We’re looking for a designer who is ready to grow creatively and challenge themselves day in and day out. If you’re looking for a job where you can meet, rather than exceed the status quo, this is definitely not the place for you.
