As a Production Scheduler you can expect to schedule orders and report current and future capacity. You will also plan for the proper amount of equipment, materials, and manpower needed for all job orders.


  • Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives
  • Work with Managers to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime
  • Review production plans to identify and report potential risks to the Manager (i.e. new high priority orders)
  • Review job orders and accordingly establish priorities and schedules based on capacity
  • Plan equipment, material, and manpower need for job orders
  • Organize photoshoot/trade show production scheduling to ensure orders ship on specific ship dates
  • Assist with customer service case solution and scheduling replacements
  • Identify necessary lead time adjustments to manager


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing and/or planning is required
  • APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP preferred, not required)
