Role:

As a leader, you set the example for your team of 3-5, you must be able to develop your sales team. Have strong strategic planning skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals who sell our products
  • Consult, train, mentor, and coach 3-5 sales professionals on revenue generation performance and overall sales effectiveness in account management and prospecting.
  • Develop strategies to execute opportunities in support of business goals.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities to determine root cause analysis, and utilize resources to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate strategies, observations, and opportunities to the Sales Director with solutions and plans for driving performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • 2+ years of furniture industry experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
  • Proven ability to drive for results
  • Relentless in the pursuit of exceeding goals and setting higher standards
  • Proven experience in cold calling, property visits, executing and presenting online
  • Experience facilitating trainings in person and virtually
  • Self-motivated and able to inspire others to be equally as motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accepting of feedback and quick to make changes necessary for the success of the team
  • High degree of business acumen; must understand the fundamentals of business sales
  • Enthusiastically embrace a high-volume workload, managing multiple tasks and
    priorities in a “roll up your sleeves” environment
  • Understand goals and recommend new approaches and/or process for continuous improvement
