Role:

As a Procurement Assistant you can expect to be a part of daily order approval, purchase orders, verifying inventory levels, and following up to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Order daily approved Purchase Requisition Requests update appropriate teams with
  • tracking information
  • Assist in supplier problem resolution
  • Verify purchase orders contain all appropriate information to meet company and legal
  • requirements
  • Work with Engineering and Production groups to obtain supplies/material lists-Future
  • Identify new potential vendors and service levels-Future
  • Act as backup for contacting vendors, material quoting and availability needs
  • Process purchase orders for finished goods, and raw materials
  • Receiving purchased goods

      Requirements:

      • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
      • Experience in manufacturing and/or procurement is required
